Partner with and liaise with multiple brand teams to highlight the best of each brand and showcase company strengths to investors, board members and the general public. Responsible for all aspects of the business operation for three (3) independently owned and operated businesses: Cathers & Coyne, Terra Zapato and Active Sole. Created business plans, managed cash-flow, maintained Open to Buy across all product categories, hired staff and managed payroll, negotiated lease agreements, created store layout and design for maximum customer benefit and strong sell through, implemented long-term sponsorship agreements and oversaw all creative for marketing and PR.

Oversaw the creation and development of men's and women's footwear and accessories in conjunction with Product Managers while reporting directly to the Sr. VP and Creative Director. . Participated in design review and brainstorming sessions. Coordinated design with overseas factories to produce samples and managed changes and product review as it related to overall corporate mission.

Created and maintained model stock assortment plans for the ten Rockport Concept Stores in the USA. Created and implemented marketing programs and window displays to coordinate with corporate initiatives and product launches. Worked with Director of Stores to determine new store locations and timelines for store openings. Served as main onsite representative for all new store construction acting as liaison between contractor and Director of Stores. Additionally, worked to recruit Store Managers and then assist in hiring and training new associates.

Oversaw the final stages of the construction of Rockport's first Concept Store in the USA (Newport, RI). Recruited and trained Assistant Manager, full time and part time associates and stock associates. Managed all aspects of inventory including initial inventory model stocks for each season's offering, oversight of the receiving process at store level and responsible for any in-season re-orders. Worked with Finance Department to develop internal structure for cash accountability and loss prevention. Helped to develop structure needed for new POS system that would handle existing stores as well as planned growth for other stores.
