I manage a team of statewide emergency mental health response grant program coordinators who manage all parts of grant development and performance based grant management for their programs, as well as coordinate the development and evaluation of statewide crisis continuum resources. Over the past 9+ years I've grown a simple transfer of custody program to 38 locations, and now focus on expanding those into a statewide network of 23 hour crisis receiving facilities.I work closely with local stakeholders to plan and distribute funding to localities, coordinating with program representatives from varied backgrounds to develop successful programs.Using existing program data I leverage the expertise of our analysts to evaluate efficacy for over 14,000 individual encounters annually. I coordinate with other program staff, agency leaders, and local representatives to use the results to set program goals and inform policy and legislation.
