Responsible for the establishment of a command center to oversee all operations and systems activities related to Freddie Mac’s restatement of 2003 earnings. - Managed Execution Team, which developed the initial Execution Command Center including the roles and responsibilities; execution run book and operational procedures. - Directed a team of six technical personnel in the very successful 2004 Improved Process, daily execution planning, process improvements and training of new personnel. - Established the processes, procedures and managed the team which successfully re-executed all of 2004 processing for external audit review. This exercise clearly demonstrated that applications software versioning control, systems security, and operation procedures met industry standards. This exercise was a key deliverable in Freddie Mac’s ability to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
