Supply Chain Manager for the organization including Plant Equipment .Raise Purchase Orders for Facility/Capital requirements Freight, Full Installations and Commissioning.Co-Ordinate and Manage suppliers T + C’S, Price and Payment. Negotiations for Facility/Capital Equipment.Negotiate Spares and Support Contracts.Lead Commercial negotiations with Suppliers, including involvement of Multi-functional teams.Manage and Report Lead times regularly on progress to plans and advice Stakeholders on delivery, schedule performance and key issues.Ensure all planning, Regulatory/Legislative requirements are specified, defined and compliant with legislation.Management of Import, Export and Customs clearance.Risk mitigation of the Supply Chain and overall impact of Facilities and Services.Flexibility in supporting all other functions such as Aircraft Procurement functions.Plan facilities layout in consultation with Stake holder and Experts/Specialist.Project Management of Facility and Capital Equipment by using Draft Plans and convert into implementation plans including clarifying issues and gaps in specifications or potential conflicts.Project Management of Facility and Capital Equipment by using Draft Plans and convert into implementation plans including clarifying issues and gaps in specifications or potential conflicts.Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001, including supplier requirements and required accreditations.Setup and Plan offices/accommodation/facility moves, including management thereof.Planning and Management of external building and facility contracts in respect to phasing of work/overlaying of work/scheduling of work and contractor inductions.Supervision and management of contractors on site in liaison with Stakeholders and all functions ensuring smooth seamless and safe working practices are adhered to.Facilities and Building maintenanceAct as key interface between Property Agents and head authorities for all aspects of building maintenance.
