• Develop new Business Objects Universes to facilitate Management Information delivery from new and existing systems.• Understand customer Management Information specifications to ensure end product satisfies the initial customer requirement.• Manage existing universes and build new objects when required.• Provide technical support for Homeserve Management Information Teams across UK.• Ensure consistency of reporting across the UK.• Confirm daily replication routines have run correctly and liaise with Database Administrator when required.• Develop and manage a variety of extract, transform, load routines to integrate user data into reporting.• Cover day to day Business Objects Administration when required, managing user accounts, access levels and report scheduling.• Troubleshoot all Business Objects related issues and escalate to solution provider/SAP when required.• Provide developer support to projects across the business. • Deliver training and presentations to new users and senior managers.• Provide assistance to Business Objects Development team and report writers.
