• Overall responsibility for the affiliate team, individual & Team KPI's• Overall responsibility of the conversion funnel and its optimization, ensuring all 5 brands are performing as expected.• Overall responsibility for the Growth/ROI of all acquisition channels. • Understanding and motivating the team to get the most from every member• Structuring the team, delegating tasks and performing regular 1 on 1s with KPIs. • Handling over 200 key accounts myself.• Constant competitor analysis, comparing our offers and seeing how they react to industry news.• Reporting back to C level management and stakeholders.• Keeping ahead of the curve on industry, AML and compliance changes/news. • Being proactive instead of reactive to these changes.• Liaising with our third party Social & PPC clients, optimizing and ensuring the best ROI possible.• Identifying new channels or tools that may help the team perform to their best ability.

• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates• Maintaining and stimulating relationships with current affiliates• Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions• Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity• Identifying and implementing other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program• Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements• Scaling deals based on ROI. • Continually motivating affiliates to perform better• Continually monitoring and keeping up with compliance changes in regulated markets• Dealing with and controlling complaints on communities and forums• Working in a close knit team of 8 people (flat structure), often being asked to take the lead on my own initiatives.• Paying close attention to key KPI’s and optimizing deals accordingly• monitoring SERP changes on a daily basis.• Keeping one eye on our competitors and ensuring we are one step ahead.
