My main responsibilities are:- Preparation, posting, review & approval of monthly accruals & other ad hoc journals as required.- Management of capital WIP account and submission of data to central team for the capitalisation of fixed assets.- Review & approval of stock provision for obsolescence file.- Review and approval of monthly Purchase Price Variance report.- Review and approval of monthly Material Usage Variance report.- Review of monthly P&L management report & trial balances with Finance Director.- Assisting Finance Director in preparation of latest estimate updates required on a monthly basis.- Provision of finance, inventory & Brexit slides required for monthly Supply Review Meeting and presenting the inventory & Brexit data at the meeting.- Provision of monthly OPEX reports for site management team and holding individual monthly meetings with budget holders.- Assisting Finance Director in preparation of the annual plan/budget.- Management of inventory holding values against budget/target performance.- Representing finance department on the waste reduction team with responsibility for reducing write offs of raw materials and packaging components to agreed budgeted targets.- Completion of monthly and quarterly internal financial controls and corresponding with compliance testing team to ensure site passed all controls selected for testing.- Liaising with central Procurement to Purchase team and main site contact in dealing with purchase order, invoicing and payment queries.- Maintenance of cost centre owner data and the creation of new cost centres through the completion of data forms & submission to central teams.• Brexit lead for the site ensuring continuity of supply in the event of the UK leaving the EU.• Assisting in annual audit dealing specifically with items relating to accruals.• Provision of ad hoc information/data upon request in a timely manner.

My main responsibilities were:- Management of relationship with plastic tube supplier including assisting in a smooth transition to a new approved plastic supplier- Representing planning department on the waste reduction team with responsibility for reducing write offs of raw materials and packaging components to agreed budgeted targets.- Management of inventory holding values against budget/target performance and preparation of inventory plans to achieve targets.- Coordinating with Finance on monthly stock provision for obsolescence.- Management of site Discontinuation process - Preparation of Supply Review Meeting slide pack involving the provision & collection of data from SAP system, SCP Hub and various site departments & facilitation of the monthly meeting.- Coordinating with SCP Hub & Finance department to prepare forecast volume reports for planning & budgeting purposes.- Preparation & submission of KPI data within agreed time frames.

My main responsibilities were driving inventory performance with regard to inventory holding and monthly movements, stock turns, warehouse space utilisation, stock obsolescence reporting, stock write off reporting and managing the discontinuations process; monthly KPI reporting and managing product transfers in and out of the site.

Responsible for variance analysis, Analysis of Stock write offs, PPV analysis, stock reports (movement, classifications & obsolescence), submission of monthly accounts data on online dashboard, KPIs for the site and other sites, GRNI monthly report, fixed asset expenditure request process & recording of purchases & posting of monthly depreciation, processing of monthly freight charges, ad hoc duties
