My career has been about working with Clients to improve the productivity of their organisations.I trained as a mechanical engineer (but couldn’t call myself one now) and worked in the automation, control and maintenance of building and industrial facilities for about 10 years. My focus was on energy management and I was privileged to be working with one of the world’s leading lights in automation, Honeywell Inc.I then joined the Information Technology world where we focused on using technology to improve the productivity of business processes. We did this through listening, to understand the real issues our Clients had with their processes. We then built and maintained applications and networks that delivered real productivity and business advantage.Now I’m using this experience to help organisations grow through the acquisition of exceptional staff.Challenge Consulting Australia have been sourcing exceptional people since 1992.
