• Responsible for maintaining a company production plan that informs and advises the executive team of financial expenditures by month as they relate to all production for both existing business but also informs and advises on financial requirements for all future projects.• Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain vendors to guide future implementation and ensure that new and existing product goals are met.• Responsible for sourcing and negotiating all pricing for packaging, manufacturing, production and transportation to be in line with company financial goals.• Responsible for managing all manufacturers within the supply chain to ensure that all production meets company specifications and requirements but also per established Standard Operating Procedures and all regulatory compliance specifications.• Responsible for managing all packaging, supplies, raw materials, Un-Finished/Finished Goods to ensure an in-stock position at all times. • Responsible for managing inventory and shipping across three fulfillment centers. Will work directly with Warehouse teams but also with the Sales team to ensure that all customer orders are assembled and shipped on time per customer specifications. • Actively seeks ways to improve the overall supply chain by creating analysis, policies and procedures regarding inventory and production in order to maximize turnover and efficiencies. In addition, provides ROI analysis as it relates to customers, inventory and assortment offerings.• Manage one direct report.

•Manage the day-to-day operations of Customer Service, Order Entry, and Ticketing Departments to ensure customer orders are accurately fullfilled and delivered on time.•Support sales account executives with key reporting, such as open-orders, available-to-sell, stock-on-hand, and sales data for major retail accounts and on line store.•Manage relationship with third party logistics facility (3PL) on receiving and shipping of product and special projects; analyze inbound and outbound purchase orders to improve efficiencies and identify and solve problems. Ensure customer routing guidelines are current and 3PL partner ships according to those guidelines.•Implement policies and procedures to accommodate new directives and streamline operations and reduce chargebacks from customers.•Partner with Global Sourcing & Sales Departments on product production, timing of delivery, packaging, ticketing to provide accurate information from manufacturing to delivery of goods.•Manage inventory, which includes: purchase order receipts, WIP adjustments, returns processing, substitutions, consolidation, and physical counts.•Provide accurate price information and guidance to Ticketing Department for production and distribution of price tickets and stickers for manufacturers.•Develop an effective department team through selection, training, restructuring of job responsibilities, and performance counseling.•Act as compliance information officer for all departments to provide documentation and help ensure retail customer guidelines are met.
