Stephen is currently a Senior Representative at Primerica Financial Services where he has helped clients preserve and plan for their futures, Stephen has a deep passion for personal financial literacy and enjoys sharing that passion with others on a journey of financial wellbeing. He is currently attending Florida Gulf Coast University Lutgert College of Business, where he is working towards a bachelor’s in finance with a concentration in Financial Services – expected graduation date of Spring 2026. Upon graduation Stephen will have met the education requirements to sit for the CFP exam and plans on pursuing that designation.Stephen has had previous success in the Hospitality and management industry in which he was a part of for over 20 years. As an Executive Chef, Stephen led teams of over 50 people, constantly challenging and developing individuals to learn, grow, and to embrace lifelong development. Throughout his time in the Hospitality industry, he was constantly recognized for his dedication, organization and management skills, as well as his ability to lead and inspire others. Stephen is a South Florida native with deep ties to the community, through the years he has volunteered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and Saint Mathews House. He has also done volunteer work cooking and serving food in New York City, and in rural parts of the Island Nation of Jamaica
