I am a career and goal oriented individual currently sailing as a Chief Mate/Relief Master with Hornbeck Offshore's government project division. This role has afforded me the opportunity to work in close conjunction with the United States Navy's submarine force as well as multiple government agencies and third party contractors. In addition to the often challenging task of managing multiple interests as it pertains to vessel operations, I have been fortunate enough to succeed in an environment that demands precise ship handling and flexibility to meet complex mission requirements. During my time at Hornbeck Offshore, I have sailed extensively on a variety of platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and contributing to the safe and successful execution of dozens of charters. With experience on offshore loading tankers, large OSVs, light and heavy subsea construction & ROV vessels, and FLOTELs, I have a well rounded understanding of vessel operations in the exploration and upstream production arenas. I hold the following credentials: Master, Any Gross Tons upon oceans, OSVDPA Class A Operator, Radar Operator Unlimited, GMDSS Operator, Tankerman PIC - DL, Vessel Security Officer, Fast Rescue Boat Proficiency.
