Responsibilities:•Managing procurement process, RFQ's / Quote creation, bid analysis, Contract Negotiation, and Supplier Management•Procurement of data center equipment, Hardware, Software and services utilize SAP MM to manage procurement process.•Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.•Collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure alignment on procurement and requirements.Overseeing and managing system tracking shipments, Inventory and supply of goods and services.•Following planning, Coordination, equipment delivery, installation, Upgrades. Monitoring supplier performance and effective vendor relationship management.•Inspecting and evaluate with subject matter expertise in procurement and services and Preparing procurement reports and Ensuring process compliance.
