Over 40 years of experience gained within the Industrial Power transmission industry (gear units and drive assemblies from Flender) and the hydraulics and industrial braking markets. Has developed extensive experience in the selection of drives, industrial braking solutions using the Custom Fluidpower range of failsafe caliper disc brakes and hydraulic power units, and complete hydraulic solutions for use across the resource sector (coal, iron ore and CSG) for many varied applications. Also extensive experience in project and contract management, and in tender and contract review processes.Have excellent communication skills.An exceptional degree of practical knowledge when it comes to mechanical power transmission equipment, gear box/drive assemblies, and industrial braking systems.Understand fully the requirements for safety within the workplace, and how safety is used in the design of offered systems.
