I have been with ADM for 11 years. I spent the first 7 months in the Feedhouse and then went tothe Refinery in September of 2013. Started out in loadout and then moved to train as an operator on sorbitol.In February 2015 I trained to be a temporary supervisor. I then started as an acting temporary foreman.I continued to fill in as a supervisor throughout 2016. In 2017 I took on a permanent job as a supervisorin the Refinery. Since then I have learned what it takes to be a leader. I have been involved with Performance Excellence. My involvement with Performance Excellence has included FI projects, SMS, CCD, WPO and DEC.I was also the Refinery Performance Excellence Supervisor for 2 years along with the sorbitol supervisor. I spent 2 years as plant supervisor. In September of 2023 I moved up to shift superintendent. As a shift superintendent I am responsible for the plant as a whole. I manage each department and the supervisors of those departments. I am also responsible for the safety, quality and environmental aspects of the plant.
