I work with individuals going through the difficult probate process. By assisting the Probate Manager and Probate Attorney I help make the process go as smoothly as possible by drafting documents, making calls and gathering information needed by the court.

I am currently volunteering to do pro bono work as a paralegal.

Here, I led, developed, trained, and scheduled a team of 12+ individuals, taking responsibility for their performance assessments and conducting remedial interviews as needed to ensure optimal team functioning. Additionally, I executed monthly reconciliation activities, diligently identifying accounting discrepancies to protect store earnings. My focus is helping small business owners find solutions to challenges they are facing. Many successful small businesses are struggling with issues like: rising costs, employee morale & productivity, benefit administration, keeping up with changes in health care reform, and maintaining a competitive advantage. I love partnering with small business owners in seeking solutions to these and other challenges.
