Culture & Engagement• Helped guide Culture Change to lead Evolytics to receive numerous culture awards such as Best Place to Work and Great Place to Work. • Implemented “Stay Interviews” between managers and their team members to help employees LOVE working at Evolytics. • Launched Mentor system for every new-hire’s first 6 months; reducing time-to-billability and increasing retention. Tactical HR• Built Evolytics’ first Compensation Benchmark grid curating my own data from online sources and over a hundred phone screens.• Partnered with Directors to create a college hiring program that rapidly launches new grads into Analytics Consulting careers. Still boasts a 92% retention rate over the last 4 years of its existence.Systems• Built an internal employee site for training, onboarding, recognition, and more through Google Sites.• Implemented two Applicant Tracking Systems: GoogleHire & ClearCompany and trained Hiring Managers to use them.• Streamlined the Onboarding Process by implementing the project management software Mavenlink.Recruitment• Handled the majority of the recruiting and hiring as the company grew from 25 to 70 employees over a 4-year time frame. Mostly hiring positions within the Analytics industry.
