I am a firm believer in doing things right the first time. I believe in setting everyone up to succeed and promoting positive reinforcement. Knowing how to utilize everyone to their strengths is a driving factor to my success. Most of my professional career has been in the food industry, where I have helped maintain and improve many aspects of the run function and technician development. Helping technician’s take their skill set to the next level has been a skill I have that has helped increased productivity and a positive culture in the maintenance and operations departments I have been involved with.Through advancement in my career, I have been able to shift my maintenance background to help build stronger operations leadership. I have coached and trained team members what to look for while troubleshooting performance issues. Understanding what individuals need to help them learn and improve has been key in the accelerated pace of performance improvement.
