P&L Management, Oversee departmental activities and personnel in Operations (i.e.: Manufacturing, Production Control, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Quality Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse and Distribution).Leadership and Management of: Schedules(Utilizing ERP and MRP systems). Material/Inventory needs and utilization. Manpower needs and deployment, Facility and Equipment Utilization, On-time shipments and revenue attainment, Product Quality, and Strategic Planning.

Lead departmental activities and personnel in Manufacturing, Planning and Production Control (1 Planning Manager, 2 Planning associates, 1 Production Control associates, 1 manufacturing Manager, 4 Manufacturing Supervisors, 53 Director Labor associates). Directed the activities of planning, production control, materials, manufacturing and engineering in the pursuit of increased measures of performance. Provided direction to implement the latest manufacturing, engineering, product engineering, and materials technologies employing Lean and Value Based Six Sigma Principles. Analyzed operating results, internal trends and new developments in the industry in order to adopt changes in the Market. Improved processes and manufacturing procedures that yielded profitable growth. Assisted in the development of measurements to assess continuous improvement. Formulated and implemented the divisions annual operating budget including production, shipment, inventory, cost, staffing, capital and expense levels.
