I am a self-motivated enthusiastic person, keen to broaden my experience and learn new skills. I have over 13 years experience in the fitness industry, where I have demonstrated my ability to work to deadlines, my knowledge and skills have been utilised to get jobs completed on time and to the expected level. I am very flexible with a good sense of humour and a pleasant personality. I work well off my own initiative but also as part of a team, where I am happy to lead or to be a team player, depending on what is needed.Having gained many qualifications in various components of Health & Fitness, ranging from Gym, Studio and personal training, i am also able to fulfil computing tasks, maintain records and produce reports promptly. I also hold a full clean driving license.Whilst at Nuffield I have devised, implemented and delivered a Bootcamp class, which offers the members support and motivation. Bootcamp has been running for 4 years with about 40 regular attendees. The members get written nutritional handouts and exercise support through social media using Facebook.
