Since 1996 I have led multiple project streams and programs in a wide range of large scale and complex organisations. I have delivered these capabilities using both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies across a number of organisations within the Banking and Finance sector including: Westpac, SFE / ASX, HBOS, AMP Capital and AMP.I have over Stephen has over 33 year’s financial services industry experience and 24 years project / program delivery experience ensuring the desired business outcomes are realised.
