Routinely work with other teams and individuals outside of the Customer Advisor team including the MDR SOC Analysts, MDR SOC MSE team, and the MDR SE Specialist team. Responsible for building the back-end infrastructure and domain of the MDR Managed Services Lab for ongoing Customer Advisor training, along with the AR Team lab for critical upcoming enablement. Maintaining excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt, multitask, and work with whomever or whatever is needed.
