Navigating the final stages of a Business Finance BA(hons) Degree, whilst embarking on the learning curve of an accountants life time moving from a year in management accounts, to a year in financial controls, and now balancing management accounting with learning capital accounting through my role as Deputy Finance Business Partner - Capital and Estates at Norfolk Community NHS Trust. Alongside my role I am mentoring, being mentored, Equality, Diversity and, Inclusion Ambassador, and all round good sport for outside of work activities (as long as there’s a pub involved).Mental Health First Aid Aware through MHFA England. Experienced leader, understanding that there is the need to adapt to each individual and situation. Passionate about public sector and also getting the work/life balance just right.
