I also wrote a book published by NC/RCAP with funding from the NC General Assembly called "Considering the Alternatives: A Guide to Wastewater Management for Small Communities in North Carolina," which was distributed to thousands of local officials and community organizers. Our work was featured in national and statewide media and led to policy changes addressing the inequities in rural infrastructure.
