Under the supervision of the station manager responsible for supervising employees on assigned shifts to ensure that the daily activities are performed safely and efficiently, while also servicing the aircraft to achieve on-time departures.Essential Functions include:• Supervising and coordinate daily activities of employees to ensure a safe and effective operation.• Monitors and enforces safe working habits in accordance with OSHA/TSA/DOT regulations, company policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.• Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.• Enforces Company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action, and promotes company policies on Equal Employment Opportunity, professional conduct, and diversity initiatives and investigates and responds to employee relations issues in a timely manner.• Communicates with manager concerning any problems or issues.• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.• Trains, coaches, counsels and mentors employees in compliance with company policies, procedures and practices.• Completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.• Act as Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) to respond to all related security issues at airport.• Act as Aircraft Load Agent (ALA) to ensure safe weight and balance loading of aircraft.• Act as Complaint Resolution Official (CRO) to ensure enforcement of Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).• Auditing of Fuel Management System (FMS).• Communicating with airport communication center, vendors, and airline operations control centers to coordinate flight operations.• Performs job duties of assigned shift (i.e., ramp, cabin service, cargo, baggage, ticket counter, gate, and all other passenger service).• Other duties as assigned.

Airport Customer Service Agent
Under the supervision of the lead agent and/or supervisor on duty, responsible for marshaling aircraft in and out of the gate, loading, unloading baggage and cargo in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals. Also be responsible for servicing aircraft lavatories, cleaning aircraft, restocking items, deicing and other duties as delegated. Essential Functions include:• Marshals aircraft on the ramp including directing, assisting and parking all arriving, departing and towed aircraft in accordance with safety policy and procedures.• Performs wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and maintains visual contact with the pushback driver to alert the driver of any danger.• Lifts, loads/unloads, sorts and transfers passenger baggage, cargo, company material (COMAT) in and out of aircraft bins, belt loader or baggage carts in a safe manner and within specific time constraints.• Maintains safety and security of the ramp at all times and complies with safety procedures and station policies.• Communicates with Operations, Flight Crew personnel and other ground personnel concerning arrival/departure information in a professional manner.• Drives/operates ramp equipment, including but not limited to bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors and water and lavatory servicing vehicles in a safe manner.• Services aircraft as needed to include cleaning lavatories and cabin and restocking items.• Ensures GSE equipment is in proper working order.• Assisting with baggage service, ticket counter and gate duties. • Other duties as assigned.
