I would like to be considered for a Superintendent position with your firm. I have over 20 years experience in commercial construction. The projects I have worked on include institutional, manufacturing, hospital, residential dwellings, office spaces and restaurants. Over the last year and 7 Months I have been working with A contractor from Atlanta renovating golf club houses most recently, Piper Glen, Old Atlanta, Bermuda Run, and Firethorne and Eagle Watch in Atlanta. All involved upgrades which included high end finishes each with unique architectural features.The prior nine years I have worked for two companies based out of Charlotte. The projects included historical building renovations as well as up-fits, new commercial office buildings, luxury-style town homes, condominiums, warehouse spaces and restaurants.On any given job I strive to cultivate positive working relationships with co- workers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure and help motivate the team to complete the project on time and on budget. I am a very diligent in following schedules and also focused on the quality of the workmanship throughout the course of the project.
