I acquire new clients, execute work for them and manage projects for successful completion. My primary role is to establish and maintain relationships with customers. I am the in-house expert in 3d modeling and rendering, I develop small websites, direct the web development my staff works on- usually large projects, and I personally oversee the project.

Designed and developed eLearning modules for EPIC systems, to training doctors and nurses how to use various elements of the EPIC system. Developed and internal training website for training department, worked with improvements and troubleshooting the Learning Management System, training on the LMS, advised instructors on module curriculum development.

Designed tutorials and taught classes to support administrative software and management. These classes include Kronos timekeeping software Peoplesoft Human Capital Management. In addition, I also taught Epic medical charting software to healthcare providers.

I was the multimedia instructor, which included creating media in 2-D, mainly through the use of Photoshop and Illustrator, 3-D modeling, rendering and animation- done in 3D Studio Max, video shooting, editing and production in Premiere and Final Cut, sound capturing and editing, multimedia authoring in Flash and Director, web development, creating final.

I taught the astronauts and flight controllers how to use the radios on the International Space Station. I worked specifically with the UHF system, the Audio Subsystem, and the S-band. I was also utilized to create instructional media, the group website, and I was the lead for the ISS Part Task Trainer Working Group.
