I've been lucky enough to be hired for two roles at TCI - Juggling both positions, I take on dual responsibilities. In one aspect of my job, I guide companies through the process of selecting and securing the right heavy-duty trucks for lease, which are crucial for their day-to-day operations. On the flip side, I'm dedicated to streamlining the maintenance and repair process, making sure it's straightforward and clear-cut for our clients. My ultimate goal is to maintain the uptime of these vital trucks, guaranteeing they're roadworthy and dependable for whatever job they need to tackle.

In 2018, I embarked on a venture as an owner-operator within the Mayflower network, a move that marked the beginning of a significant chapter in my career. This partnership allowed me to leverage Mayflower's extensive resources and client base, enhancing my operational and business management skills in the trucking industry.The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 presented unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Recognizing the need for agility and independence, I transitioned to operating under my own authority. This 1.5-year period was transformative, allowing me to directly respond to the evolving market demands, expand my services, and build a more diverse client portfolio.Despite the successes achieved independently, the allure of Mayflower's structured support and network led me back in late 2021. This return was not just a step back to familiarity but a strategic move to integrate my newfound experiences and insights into a proven framework, enhancing the value I could offer and receive from the partnership.By 2023, after years of growth, learning, and adaptation, I made the decision to explore new avenues beyond Mayflower. This decision was fueled by a desire to leverage the comprehensive skill set I had developed, from operational excellence to strategic business management, in new and challenging environments. My journey through the trucking industry, from a contracted owner-operator to an independent business owner and back, has equipped me with a unique blend of resilience, adaptability, and strategic foresight, readying me for the next chapter in my professional life.
