This is a team of uniformed officers authorised under Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) to use a range of police powers relating to public order and environmental offences, as well as Local Authority powers. This includes, littering, dog fouling, minor, public order offence, street drinking, begging and fly tipping.As a new team my remit is to build a working operational model covering the tasking of enforcement, issuing of FPN, reporting and performance monitoring and enforcement action where FPN's are not paid.Have also managed a team of Environmental Protection officers covering materinty.
