I also know that most, if not all, disputes can be avoided by proactive conflict management, or resolved through effective dispute resolution processes.By 2018, I became so convinced of this that I established Ansr. Dispute Resolution – a mediation and advisory firm that works with business owners, boards, SMEs, senior management, NFPs, families and individuals to manage conflict and resolve disputes. Conducting more than 250 mediations across various industries and areas of the law since 2018 has only served to reinforce the effectiveness of mediation as a dispute resolution process, and the importance of mediation specific training, experience and expertise in mediators. We now know that all parties to legal action are expected (if not required) to participate in a dispute resolution process - it makes sense to engage and invest in mediation as a proven process, and in a specialist mediator.
