Experienced transportation professional currently possessing a wide breadth of experience in the transportation field, with expertise in the strategic planning, development, program management, asset management, and construction of major highway and bridge, toll road, and rail projects in an urban environment.I have nearly 20 years of local, state and federal experience in the transportation industry as an appointed and elected official and private sector consultant. In these roles, I have handled a broad and diverse range of executive oversight and management, strategic planning, tolling, asset management, program delivery, policy, intergovernmental and operational issues. I also served 10 years in public office, including terms as Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Chairman and Deputy Executive Director of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Chairman of New Jersey Transit, and Mayor and Council President of my hometown of Hampton Borough, New Jersey.
