As the director of Arc Building Consultancy, I lead a team of chartered building surveyors who deliver valuable advice and solutions for building owners, landlords, tenants, and purchasers in the commercial and public sectors. I have over 30 years of post-qualification experience in building surveying, and I founded Arc in 2010 with a vision to provide independent, professional, and cost-effective services throughout the UK.My core competencies include dilapidations, contract administration, project management, principal designer, technical due diligence, expert witness, party wall matters, and rights to light. I have successfully helped a number of blue-chip clients reduce their dilapidations liabilities, and I have provided a range of services to well-known retailers, financial institutions, and commercial property owners. I have also worked on both client and consultant sides, which gives me an excellent understanding of the client needs and how best to deliver them. My mission is to protect the assets and limit the cost liability of my clients, and to ensure the quality and safety of the buildings they invest, develop, or occupy.
