Communicate delivery or quality issues to manager in a timely manner.Management of inventory; entry into CRM, quarterly inventory counts, research and negotiate the cost and ordering of stock and non-stock parts, maintain organization, and documentation of all ordering records.Process the ordering of parts and suppliesMaterial handling and quality packaging of all outgoing customer packages, maintaining daily tracking of shipments.Deliver to the internal field service workforce job or external clients; supplies, tools, or parts, based on requests received, as necessary.Answer and dispatch incoming calls from internal and external customers.Ensure a differentiated level of customer satisfaction, prompt and courteous service and support at all times.Work with Phillips, GE, and Siemens systems with an always expanding knowledge of equipment.
