After many years in luxury hospitality in Edinburgh, developing myself within subsequent Concierge teams from Porter to become Head Concierge, I decided to start Eidyn Tours to exceed the expectation of my clients and guests, not just within a property, but around Scotland as their Personal Concierge. The pandemic limited Eidyn Tours growth and I focussed on my roles within luxury retail and customer service, awaiting the easing of travel restrictions.Fast forward to the 2022 season and Eidyn Tours grew from strength to strength, allowing me to show my Scotland to incoming tourists. I have achieved numerous and only 5 star reviews on Tripadvisor, viator, Airbnb Experiences and Google through excellent communication, creating bespoke itineraries, and most importantly exceeding the expectations of my guests on tour, creating life long memorable experiences for all my customers. Eidyn Tours is now on hiatus but remains a fond memory for myself and my guests over the past 3 years. After moving to Italy in 2023 I have now started a new role with ASMALLWORLD AG, utilising my experience in luxury hospitality and customer service, enabling the forerunner in the online luxury travel membership community to provide exceptional support and service to their members.
