The Plant Training Coordinator is responsible for overseeing training-related activities at the plant related primarily to Operations, Quality and Technical roles. The Plant Training Coordinator works together with plant leadership to ensure that the training requirements are identified to ensure all key induction elements are completed when a new employee starts in their role. This role will work closely together with the HR Business Partner and Plant Leadership to develop and maintain accurate role-specific training materials. The training coordinator ensures the plants training plan is aligned with other training plans in Refresco NA and actively stays informed on local and state-driven training programs and incentives.The Assistant EHS Manager provides full support to the operations team to ensure leadership and management of the safety program. To drive a consistent approach across all EHS activities on the Refresco site. Driving forward the EHS management systems by influencing the management team, whilst working with the operations team to ensure compliance.
