I was responsible for the Receipt, Storage, Inventory, Order Assembly, & Distribution of Equipment & parts for the Subway , Burger King , & KFC restaurants both Domestically & for the European market.

Responsible for a small team of Warehouse Operatives and Creating efficient order picking solutions for a wide ranging customer base throughout Devon & Cornwall and the wider UK domestic market.Other responsibilities Included the Training & Development of new & existing employees with regard to , Health & Safety & Duty of care toward other employees and best practise with regard to working methods & practises, Manual Handling and correct use and maintenance of equipment and other resources. Keeping records of all development &training activity for each employee. Shift planning Including daily team meetings, maintaining good communication & synergies between all departments. Conducting regular housekeeping practises. Managing Inventory practices & KPI,s
