Established the Hazardous Waste Services Division for Clark Environmental, Inc. Developed standard operating procedures, computer software support system, and hazardous waste marketing strategy. Continuously develop relationships with licensed and approved facilities for treatment, incineration, recycling, landfilling and disposal of wastes. Assists customers and approves incoming profile documents and applicable analytical. Handle transportation permitting for all Clark Environmental vehicles. Train technical support personnel, develop bids and proposals, and develop new business. Teachs RCRA and DOT Hazardous Mataterials courses to industry groups.Handled a large range of projects ranging from the waste removal of all the product and wastes from an closed paint manufacturing facility in Boston, MA to the transportation and recycling of PCB transformers from the Bahamas to two facilities in France.

As a Vice President with Merola Enterprises (a 30-state permitted transporter), initiated the company's southeastern U. S. operations while adding hazardous/industrial waste disposal services to both of the company's territorial offices. These disposal services included client consultation, analysis review, profile completion, waste approval, shipping document preparation, and all related paperwork. In addition to overseeing corporate environmental compliance and training, other responsibilities included technical sales, contract review, regulatory audits, and facility compliance audits.

Had several positions throughout the company as they grew and acquired other businesses and treatment, storage and disposal facilities.Coordinated the transportation services, disposal arrangements, equipment needs, and related supplies for site remediation operations at eleven CERCLA sites, six Department of Defense sites, and numerous private and state-funded sites. These sites ranged from lagoon cleanings, tank cleanings, UST removals, and building decontaminations to buried drum excavations, spill cleanups, and emergency response services.Has extensive experience in the daily operation of a RCRA Part B permitted TSD facility as a chemical processor for Waste Conversions, Inc., Hatfield, PA. Responsibilities included waste sampling, "fingerprint" analyses, bench scale treatment workup, treatment of incoming waste streams, and all related quality assurance/quality control functions.As shift supervisor, supervised overall facility operations including the QA/QC of all incoming and outgoing waste streams, waste unloading, waste treatment(s), waste dewatering, facility laboratory operations, and the coordination of maintenance activities.Through years of direct "hands on" experience, gained knowledge of hazardous waste treatment technologies including metals stabilization, cyanide destruction, chemical oxidation, activated carbon absorption, chromium reduction, chemical precipitation, biological treatment, chemical fixation, fuel blending, oil/water separation, and neutralization of acids and caustics. Have an extensive working knowledge of sludge dewatering utilizing both plate and frame filters and rotary drum vacuum filters. Experience includes selection and use of polymers and precoats.

Stationed in Darmstadt, Germany. Worked on several joint German/American construction projects including a 2,500 seat stadium created from a natural bowl shaped geologic formation.
