About Stephen Drake

I help businesses and local authorities by providing them with commercial contracts support as and when they need it, so that they can focus on profit/costs control, but still manage their risks effectively.Organisations may be tempted to let contract governance fall down the list of priorities to some extent when times are tough, because the link between high quality contracts management and profit is usually less tangible than other business focuses and the bottom line has to take priority.Otherwise directors and senior management may choose to deal with such issues themselves to save a bit of money, when they could be using that precious time to greater effect, to develop the business and increase profits instead.
