I lead Envision Cold’s operations across the United States and Canada, while also overseeing the company’s customer relationships. Additionally, as a founding partner I steer overall strategy and vision for the organization in alignment with Eric and Austin.Prior to founding Envision Cold, I served as Vice President of Operations with Americold, the second largest and only publicly traded cold storage provider in the world, where I was responsible for the Southeast business unit that encompassed 14 states, 50 facilities, and upwards of 3,000 employees. I also played a fundamental role in supporting Americold’s IPO launch in 2018, which led to tremendous growth and expanded responsibilities to include oversight of multiple acquisitions, greenfield projects, and new automation into the cold chain.I grew up in cold storage, starting my career in 1993 as a forklift operator for Americold in Clearfield, UT. I quickly climbed the ranks, and my passion for people and tenacity to see the business differently ultimately led me on a continued path of leadership in various roles across the country, including Boise, ID; Salt Lake City, UT; Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Huntsville, AL and now in Atlanta, GA which we have called home for 7 years.My wife and I share three children and a grandson. Our family loves spending time at our cabin in Blue Ridge, GA, where I enjoy fly fishing, canoeing, and all things outdoors. Lastly, my passion for people has led me to deeply be involved in the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) with an emphasized focus on the development of future cold chain leaders.
