Stephen has over 20 years experience in the Commercial property markets across a wide range of disciplines. Stephen is based in the Mayfair head office of Strutt & Parker. He is involved in the valuation of all types of commercial property, such as offices, industrial, retail and car showroom properties throughout the UK, including Central London. Stephen heads up the Commercial Valuation team, having previously worked within the National Market Investment sector for a number of years. This involved the sale, acquisition and asset management of commercial investments for a number of clients. He currently provides loan security advice to a range of UK banks, Corporate Occupiers and Private Clients, together with consultancy advice to a number institutional clients on the acquisition of commercial investments. In doing so, he works very closely with colleagues from the investment, leasing and professional teams within Strutt & Parker’s specialist departments, to ensure a ‘market facing’ approach. Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer. He graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Estate Management.
