I currently deliver the National Risk, Safety, Security, Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager role, supporting the delivery of Operations, Projects and Facilities Management for BGIS on the QANTAS Account. Prior to this role I managed the delivery of Risk, Compliance and Security on the New South Wales Police Force Account at JLL. I previously performed a HSEQ Advisory role within the DCJ Account and @ BGIS Asia Pacific, typically in the project management field, however, I have contemporary experience in the facilities management area of the business. I manage strict Vendor compliance against contractual, regulator and legislative requirements and conduct investigative and developmental activities on the New South Wales Police Force contract within the Minor and Major Projects Management, building and construction space..I have 24 years experience as an Operational Commander in the New South Wales Police Force. I performed duties across multiple and diverse sections and accumulated vast experience in Risk and Security Management, Intelligence analysis, Investigation Management, Work Health and Safety, Legislative Compliance, Customer Communication and Satisfaction, Team Management, Task and Project accomplishment, Auditing and managerial reporting. . My career demonstrates my strong understanding of a managers role and my ability to communicate effectively with my team and executive, manage deadlines, budgetary requirements and achieve operational objectives across a wide range of responsibilities. I formed relationships with stakeholders outside NSW Police Force, through ongoing operations, meetings and conferences, including Local and Federal Government, Hurstville City Council, Westfield shopping centre and security management and other emergency services. . Since exiting NSW Police Force I started my own business from scratch, performing property and strata maintenance to private, business and strata customers in the Sutherland and St George areas. As a result I have gained experience in business compliance, work health and safety, financial accountability, marketing, customer service, advertising and progressive development. . During this period whilst building and developing my customer base, I performed Occupational Health and Safety and associated activities on various large scale residential construction sites with SWF Construction group. I was responsible for the delivery of on site safety and induction material and gained exposure to legislation, industry codes of practice and regulator guidelines and SOPS.
