My areas of practice include insolvency and restructuring, dispute resolution and litigation.I have 30 years experience advising clients on their bankruptcy and insolvency options, restructuring their business affairs, and helping them take control over proceedings. I am a member of ARITA and qualified as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist.Taking a direct and strategic approach with all of my clients, I enjoys providing practical, cost-effective solutions that help my clients move on from their legal challenges.I was admitted into legal practice in 1986 and, prior to founding Madisons, worked at firms including Madgwicks, Maddock Lonie and Chisholm and RP Baylor & Co.
