• In my time with Silent-Aire I have engaged closely with management to grow the workforce of the company through hiring General Operatives, Site Operatives, Electricians, Engineers and many more.• I have also taken on responsibility for addressing many different types of queries coming up relating to HR issues such as Workday implementation and rectification, payslip queries and general system access issues and leading on Employee Well-being.• Lead the YourVoice Survey initiative on site which was the first large scale employee survey performed by the business and assisted in collating and developing strategy around employee feedback.

My responsibilities in this role included coordinating recruitment of new talent across all types of roles across all departments as well as designing and implementing a new training and onboarding programme for all new starts in the business, issuing and managing all employee contracts and information as well as working with management across the business to coordinate training of all staff in their roles and handling emoloyee relations.This has been the most challenging role I have held to date and has seen me onboard over 200 staff members so far, giving me the opportunity to vastly expand my skills and experience in team management, training, and development.I have also developed along with senior management a new Employee Handbook and refine existing HR policy in line with new legislation.

In my role as a sales executive for Imagine I regularly met and exceeded the high sales targets set for us as well as eventually taking on training of new representatives allowing me to further develop my team management skills. I engaged with both Residential and Business customers in order to grow and develop the network and developed many new skills in both personal and team performance management.
