Assisting Retailers with IT consulting efforts focusing on POS, Store Systems Integration and Payments Security. This includes IT Strategy, System Selection and Implementation projects. Recent efforts have included IT Portfolio Strategy, POS Selections (Oracle, Aptos, NCR etc.), Payments Security design (E2EE, Tokenization, EMV) and POS/Payments implementations. Clients have included Bloomin Brands, Dunkin Brands, Five Below, Coach, Estee Lauder, Christy Sports, Meijer, Vision Works, Bass Pro Shops etc.

Service Delivery Management within the Retail Systems organization. Responsible for Service Delivery, Software Maintenance and Support for Retail Store Systems, Specialty Sales Selling Tools, and E-Commerce. Worked extensivily building out multi-tiered software support structures, which utilized both on shore, near shore, and off shore teams. (India and Argentina)

Responsible for support and development for consumer facing and in-store applications. This included IBM POS, IBM Self Checkout, ACI Payments/Credit Switch, AutoGas Fuel, etc.

Managed POS upgrade project for Sporting Goods Retailer. This included full life cycle SDLC. Selected and implemented Triversity POS solution

Responsible for development and support for POS, store level Back Office Systems for Retail, Fuel and QSR. Payments systems included integration to multiple fleet payment authorizers. QSR included menu driven POS, recipe management, kitchen video's, drive through etc. Vendors included Retalix, Trendar. Gilbarco, Tolkhiem etc.
