Advised O7/O6 level Officers on the full spectrum of a strategic ANASF capability construct aligned with Village Stability Operations in partnership with USSF, MSOT, and SEAL operational and tactical commands.Team Leader for a USSOCOM Regional Survey Team (RST) in support of U.S. National Command Authority Forces as well as U.S. Department of State (DOS). The RST focused on Noncombatant Evacuation Operations for U.S. Embassies in the PACOM AOR and responsible for contingency operations plans for National Level Assets. As an Operational Advisor (Military Contractor) with the Asymmetric Warfare Group, I have worked closely with the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability to evolve and enhance exercise models. The evolution focuses on replicating human terrain, Multi-Domain Battle Concepts, and realistic conditions connected to CF/SOF I3 which speeds the targeting process. I have a widespread knowledge of the diverse cultures and military organizations in the PACOM AOR. The source of this understanding comes from participation in joint and bilateral training and exercises in Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia over the past 20+ years.
