Steve’s group operates state-of-the-art engineering, science, and support facilities that provide comprehensive services to national security, health, infrastructure, and environment markets. He oversees the entire science and technology chain, from applied research through development, deployment, and sustainment of capabilities. The major facilities portfolio includes life sciences laboratory complexes performing work in infectious disease and toxicology for government and commercial clients. Additionally, group assets include the largest private chemical and biological defense business in the U.S. which has a strong international reputation for high quality, safe operations in demanding environments.Steve’s business operates several production facilities for complex commercial and government systems including vehicle integration, specialty electronics, medical devices, and autonomy mission controls. To support client full life cycle hardware and software product development and sustainment, the business operates a wide array of engineering design, development, and test facilities.As a senior leader, Steve focuses on recruiting and developing strong leadership teams to enable business delivery and growth. He also strengthens financial and operational performance by implementing common foundation processes, freeing up staff time to better develop and win work in highly competitive markets.
