I represent clients in legal matters related to the environment, solar and renewable energy, and general business and commercial issues. I provide legal counsel to real estate investors and developers regarding environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation, brownfield and voluntary cleanup programs, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I represent solar energy companies in matters related to site acquisition, power purchase agreements, equipment procurement, service agreements, and engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, project financing and structure, and tax equity investment. I also advise on matters related to commercial contracts, project financing, land use approvals, environmental permitting, and green building standards. My representative matters include mixed-use, commercial and industrial real estate development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, particularly in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Maryland. I also represent clients in heavily regulated industries such as solid waste and resource recovery related to the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and federal and state solid waste laws. With respect to solar projects, I've represented client in the development of utility scale projects within Mid-Atlantic, rooftop and ground mounted community projects, and the ground up development and financing of multiple projects in a combined project portfolio.I’m a native of Philadelphia and live outside of Baltimore with my family.
