He has managed the careers of Grammy award winning recording artists Rodney Crowell and film actor, Waylon Payne. In 2013, he designed SAE Institute's music business program (Entertainment Business). SAE is a post-secondary creative media school with a network of over 50 campuses in 26 countries. Since 2019, he has moved into the resilient, renewable energy entertainment space to provide clean energy solutions for live events. McCord is acknowledged for his creativity, fly-casting precision, and an unrequited love for homegrown tomatoes.
