Co-planning and co-teaching with local public school teachers in P2, P4, and P5 English classes, I instructed, tested, evaluated, developed original content and provided feedback for P2, P4, and P5 students. Additionally, I prepared new academic resources, including PPT, worksheets, games, and visual aids for reading and speaking classes whilst also carrying out extra-curricular activities during recesses and on weekends, including English competitions, fun fairs, and festivals.

As a writing tutor, I provided P2P expert guidance and personalised tutoring services to improve both academic and professional writing, using a scientific, problem-solving based approach to help said students and professionals refine their writing mastery, gain confidence, and ultimately obtain the capacity to create a wide variety of flawless written works independently. I provided bespoke guidance in non-fiction writing to include but not limited to expositions, arguments, literary analyses, narratives, memoirs, profiles, reports, scientific journals, and periodicals.

Drawing from my own background as a student and international wanderer, I invested nearly nine years in developing and expanding English as a second language skills to a wide swath of students in China. With a focus on academic achievement and university test-preparation, I not only developed coursework and instructed students in AP-level courses in the classroom and in online tutoring programs, I also assisted students in reaching their higher education goals by supporting them through the application and admissions process to top-tier universities globally.Some highlights of my experience include: - Attracting hundreds of new students to the program through building a reputation of student success with the program. - Generating over 12k hours of classroom teaching experience. - Successfully guiding over 150 students in securing admission to Top 50 International Universities including London School of Economics, Stanford, and Hong Kong University.

Immersing myself in the state-level legislative process and applying my educational experience in political science for the prestigious internship program, I provided support to the legislative office and its constituents by drafting communication on committee and caucus meetings, issues, and legislation. Moreover, I served as a liaison between constituents and their representative by developing newsletters and connecting with them directly addressing their questions and concerns. Some highlights of my experience include: - Gained extensive experience and knowledge of leadership-level legislative administration and fundraising. - Directly connected with a diverse constituency to provide extensive public services and legislative support at events and through correspondence to increase understanding of the issues that mattered most in their community.
