CurrentWorking as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and MoR Practitioner in a large Transformation Portfolio with investment commitments of £1.3b. Responsible for the accurate and timely collation and analysis of programme information in order to determine the performance of the Transformation Portfolio and provide assurance to Transformation Board (TB) and Executive Committee (ExCom[T]) of deliverability. It also includes the production the monthly reports to TB & ExCom(T), as well as external reports to Internal and external Audit bodies. The role requires extensive experience in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Project, as well as an understanding of Clarity, Confluence, JIRA and Google tools such as Hangouts and Drive. More detailed accountabilities include: - Dependency lead for Transformation Portfolio. The role involves collating strategic, cross-cutting dependencies from internal and external sources, challenging data integrity and ensuring data alignment. Performing trend analysis on submissions and providing reports and assurances to ExCom(T) and Transformation Board. - Monitor and analyse - at a portfolio level - overall progress of change Programmes and Platforms, ensuring that the programmes maintain focus on their delivery commitments.- Provide Transformation Board and ExCom(T) with key milestone and dependency analysis, ascertaining the latest information regarding programme performance and any concerns that need to be addressed, working to address issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.Further experience and skills include:• Experience of successfully managing transformational change, a good understanding of Programme and Project management principles and the ability to work effectively with programme Directors. • An ability to review and analyse qualitative and quantitative data and use it to assure that the programmes are on track to deliver the intended outcomes to time, cost and quality.
