  The CRISTA Shores Director of Wellness Programs provides overall leadership to the Wellness Department at CRISTA Senior Living’s Silverdale campus. He/she is responsible for implementing the mission of bringing joy & purpose to the lives of seniors through wellness programming in a manner consistent with CRISTA values and applicable regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing an overall wellness strategy for Crista Shores that enhances the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and occupational well-being of Crista Shores residents while fostering consistency and cooperation within Crista Shores and with other areas of Senior Living and CRISTA Ministries. The Director of Wellness Programs serves as a role-model of professionalism, expertise, Christian faith and service. He/she participates as part of the Crista Shores leadership team
